When was the last time you directly impacted someone’s life in a positive way? Where have you shown the light of Christ’s love and warmth for someone?
In October, the United Women of Faith and the Missions Committee are teaming up to give you that opportunity. We will be collecting new and gently used blankets of any size or material. If each Aldersgate regular attendee brought one blanket, we could supply Open Door and the Life Support Center at New Covenant with over 300 blankets! These blankets are given to low income and homeless individuals in Wichita to help keep them warm this winter, and they can literally be ea lifesaver on a cold winter night.
