“When Helping Hurts”
by Steve Corbett and Brian Fikkert
This study is sponsored by the Mission Committee and will focus on the idea that sustainable change for people living in poverty comes not from the outside-in, but from the inside-out. It will also feature a virtual mission trip to Angel House in Tanzania, Africa, which Aldersgate has been supporting for the past several years. Come prepared to have your understanding of mission and charity flipped upside down while learning about the powerful partnership between Aldersgate and Angel House!
