Where kids will have an out-of-this-world adventure that’s light years of faith-building fun!
This year’s Vacation Bible School is July 17-21 from 5:45-8:30 p.m.

Submit a separate form for each child.
Child must be 4 years old by July 17. Please put information about conditions which may limit activity in the Comments section.
A CD of the songs (or a digital download) is provided; pick up your CD or download code at the church. One music selection per family, please.
T-shirts are no cost but must be ordered by June 18 for a guaranteed size. Please be sure to indicate size below.
We are planning on putting pictures of VBS activities on the church website and/or Facebook. If you do not want your child to be included, be sure to opt out below.
IMPORTANT: If your plans change and your child will NOT be attending VBS, please contact the church.
Student, mother, and father names and addresses are all required. Use “n/a” if there is only one parent. Parent’s addresses may also be listed as “same”.
The information on the form will remain after it has been submitted. You can then change the child information and register another child.
